Shubhadaini Joshi

Shubha Joshi brings over two decades of diverse experience in education, organisational
development, and curriculum design. With a strong academic foundation—M.Sc. in Physics (1990,
India), M.S. in Computer Science (1994, USA), and B.Ed. (2011, India)—she has successfully combined scientific rigour with pedagogical insight to support the growth of learners and institutions alike.

Her career began in the software industry, where she served for ten years as a Quality Assurance
Engineer in the United States. In 2006, she transitioned to the education sector, driven by a deep conviction to contribute meaningfully to the transformation of learning environments.

Ms. Joshi has held several key roles:
- Principal, Pratham International School, Bangalore (5 years)
- Non-Executive Director, Balsam Academy, Ranipet (6 years)
- School Mentor, supporting teachers, students, and parents since 2019
- Curriculum Developer for Vidya Poshak Dharwad, iSTAR Bangalore, and ISQT Bangalore

Her professional interests include Waldorf-inspired education, educator training, mentoring, and
organisational development. She has undertaken certificate programs in Waldorf Teacher Training
and Creative Teaching, which have enriched her approach to holistic education.

Ms. Joshi advocates for an educational model that is local, natural, integrated, fear-free, and engaging. Her methodology emphasises collaboration, transparent communication, and effective delegation, all aimed at providing engaged learning, mutual understanding, and self-reflection.

In addition to her professional pursuits, she actively explores areas of self-development, Redikall
healing, biographical journaling, and creative arts, which enhance her perspective as an educator and
mentor.

Her core purpose is to assist individuals in realising their full potential by understanding themselves and others through spiritual and psychological frameworks, thus enabling personal and professional
transformation with clarity and ease.
